Desert vibrant queen

In the deep desert of Mojave where the wind and the sand blends. Scorching heat climate  has me feeling some type of way. Its warm but to a mind bending comfort. The style I’ve adapted is heat proof. Light color top with a very thin denim shorts. A beautiful breeze does come often yet comfort and thinner material is a must.

ROSE VS CONCRETE : MINDSET

Mindset & Lifestyle : your mind uses it’s likes and dislikes to portray everything. Ultimately you have the power to decide if your cup is half full or half empty. The mindset that dominates becomes your mental box.

You value only what your mind likes, and of course you criticize what your mind dislikes. After a while the box becomes your mindset. The trick is to get out of that box completely. This is where it gets tricky.

Now we’ve all heard of the rose that grew out of the concrete. Well the rose got entirely out of the boxy mindset . How? repetition , training the mind daily. When your surroundings are shitty your insides has got to be doubtless, concrete, positive energy. Truth is no matter where you are or how bad the situation is…you can always come out of it as beautiful and graceful, like a fearless rose.

Fashion touch: The mix. The Duo. The combination of ruff streets and beautiful colors that create the statement of fashion. You choose how you can contribute and light up the rough streets with soft styles. Basic jeans with floral shirt and a turquoise knit jacket always gives it that color pattern that is pleasing the eyes.

How to Cultivate Calmness

Everyone is in need of new Methods when it comes to a stress free lifestyle.

Here are some helpful tips I’ve adapted threw the years as I continuously learn more. Ive realized how being calm is a superpower.

• Try and establish a calm morning ritual instead of starting the day off in a stressful rush.

 

• Adapt an attitude of gratitude – you know the little things in life.

•  Develop healthy ways of coping with stress (as stress is an inevitable part of life) such as meditation or a walk.

 

• Make more time for quiet and reduce the constant noise.

 

  • Single tasking instead of multi, leads to fewer mistakes , less stress for later.

 

  • Try and notice your reaction , towards certain people,mostly the negative ones. Try to work on changing the relationship flow with them, in order to keep your inner peace.
