State of Mind is very important as you’ve heard it over and over again. Yet many wonder what are the core tips to achieve and of course maintain this midfullness and focus. Well needless to say it all starts with you.
When you wake up, as soon as you open your eyes, think of where you are. Don’t reach for your phone, instead be mindful of the things around you; such as the weather. The beauty outside your window. The birds, the wind and even weather condition. Admire it, regardless of the season it may be in, all is beautiful its own way.
As you step out of bed, slowly start stretching and be conscious of your body and feel each muscle and take a deep breath as you do it. If you can do some Yoga that would be truly amazing . Energize your body with oxygen, deep mindful breathing.
Morning face ritual
When you wash your face or even take a shower use it to calm you down.Cleanse for the new day. Acknowledge the cleanliness it brings to your body. Finish off with your favorite moisturizer or oil to sooth and massage your body and face. I personally use essential oil as a therapeutic aspect added on to the shower.
Morning breakfast habits
Enjoy making yourself something to eat. Even if its just cutting fruits or a bowl of cereal, add ingredients that you normally don’t use. Each bite or spoon full should bring joy to your mouth palettes. Add at least one new ingredient each month you’ve never tried before. Surprise your taste buds. Don’t forget your tea or coffee you adore , enjoy these moments with your self.
Morning prep talk
Before leaving the house and Jumping into your daily tasks, have a quick talk with ourself. Think of 3 things you are grateful for. Focus on each things that makes you grateful to be alive and well. Now go get em tiger!
