Repeat after me, you are not your thoughts . Don’t let them control you. Meditate each morning. Regain your inner peace. If it no longer serves you let it go. Express your gratitude for the now. Visualize and manifest the life you want and set your goals. Reward yourself for every goal you reached. Get outdoors . Take a walk , let nature do it’s thing.
BODY
Eat what your body is asking for. Listen to your body. If you eat something that makes you feel bloated, sick and just awful, stop eating it. Add some ginger or turmeric into your daily salad or food. Do at least 10 squats a day. Go take a hike. Take small steps, baby steps is all you need to start with.
SOUL
Essential oils, light up some Palo Santo and just bread. Listen to music that you love, spa day with bathing and cleansing rituals, all these can help your soul come back to itself. Painting or any type of art that lets you show your real colors.
