HOW TO KEEP THE RIGHT MINDSET

What if I told you the custom dream life we all desire can be achieved with a perfectly trained mindset. Sounds easy ? yes. Is there a lot of work behind it? I admit yes again. Occasionally our thoughts can be clouded with negative thought which strip away our happy positive minds. Therefore training and maintaining is so important. Here are some effective ways to train and keep the right state of mind in order to create the reality of your dreams.

Mindset is Everything

1. UNDERSTAND YOU ARE THE CREATOR

Realistically speaking time will pass anyway. You can either spend it creating the life you want or spend it living the life you don’t want. The choice is yours. With that said, It’s crucial for you to comprehend and grasp that your thoughts create reality. The key here is to realize that you fabricate your reality by the way you react to the things happening in the outside world. When something happens to you, you get to choose your reaction towards it and whether it’s a positive or negative experience and react accordingly. For example; Totaling your car in an accident can be a disaster or it might be the opportunity for a brand new car and an appreciation that you came out of it without a scratch…you choose the meaning towards you, get it?! GOOD!

2. MORNINGS MATTER THE MOST

Most people have to drag themselves out of bed (at times even me , yessss ) and this sets a negative feel for their entire day. The Positive people have a morning ritual.Whether you wake 20 min earlier to meditate and gather your thoughts or listen to music as your getting ready, wake up and write your thoughts in a journal, these are the simple things and details in your everyday routine that will give you a great start daily and an awesome feel. From 15 minutes or up to an hour can be dedicated to your ritual, like that you can begin the day in whatever state you prefer. Again you choose!

3. WHATS COMING FOR YOU IS BETTER THEN WHAT HAS GONE.

This is a phrase I often tell myself. At times, 5 times a day. Whenever something goes wrong and I’m up against an obstacle, I remind myself that better things are on the way. Its important to have this attitude when faced with life obstacles. If you remain open-minded and in a positive state of mind setting the tone for “let it go you’ll get better”- state of mind good things will come your way.

4. ENGAGE IN POSITIVE CONVERSATION WITH YOURSELF

YOU HEARD RIGHT! Talk to yourself ! Connect with your high self. It is also necessary to recognize negative self talk and rewire yourself from that point on to change. Improve on how you view yourself no matter the past situations. Refrain yourself from those negative statements that you think of yourself. Remember thoughts become reality! Always, tell yourself that you can get threw it! Your worth it, you deserve it! Reward yourself when you’ve reach a mile stone or goal you had set for yourself. Give yourself that hype . Clap for yourself , even when no one does.
