Everyone is in need of new Methods when it comes to a stress free lifestyle.
Here are some helpful tips I’ve adapted threw the years as I continuously learn more. Ive realized how being calm is a superpower.
• Try and establish a calm morning ritual instead of starting the day off in a stressful rush.
• Adapt an attitude of gratitude – you know the little things in life.
• Develop healthy ways of coping with stress (as stress is an inevitable part of life) such as meditation or a walk.
• Make more time for quiet and reduce the constant noise.
- Single tasking instead of multi, leads to fewer mistakes , less stress for later.
- Try and notice your reaction , towards certain people,mostly the negative ones. Try to work on changing the relationship flow with them, in order to keep your inner peace.
